WHERE ALL THE LIGHTS ARE BRIGHT! This is for Pichi and her love of Broadway and Saddlebreds. I think this is actually a photo taken in England, but I liked the neon effect... It screams Broadway even though it's not really Broadway. And she likes British accents. And it's a bit of an inside joke, but the rider's shirt says Wyoming on it, if you can't read it.
